Timey Timer app for iPhone and iPad

If you often do things that follow an exact schedule, this app is your new best friend. Timey Timer was invented as a guidance tool during livestreams but I’m sure there are hundreds of other things where it can help.

Within the app, you simply set up your upcoming session and all respective parts. Other than most agenda apps, Timey Timer works with a specific start date and time and adds the duration of every additional part you enter.

To be in sync with a whole team, you can also export and share your schedule with others — even across time zones.

In addition to the timer itself, there are visual and audio aids: The app will flash green at every 5 minutes before the next change, yellow at 1 minute, and orange on the transition itself.

You can also enable the built-in voice feature of iOS to guide you towards the start of the agenda with a rocket-launch-style countdown.
